Based in Winston-Salem NC-Wayne Tuggle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his salon work by being a top world renowned platform artist with the Hattori Hanzo Artist Team. While working in NYC, Wayne’s clientele included the likes of Cameron Diaz and Paris Hilton, and his work has been featured in TV shows including Ambush Makeover, Extreme Makeover, and American Idol. Wayne’s work has been seen in numerous magazines such as Vogue, Glamour, and US Weekly, and he's worked with renowned photographer David LaChapelle. I charge a 90% of services booked for cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 1 week of appointment unless rescheduled. Cancellations are subject to a 0 deposit return but will go to another appointment scheduled..
